1. Overview

This store is operated by SwordMC. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
SwordMC is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
All transactions on this store are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the licensed reseller and merchant of record. For billing queries, you may also contact Tebex directly at https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase on this store. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Services

SwordMC sells digital, in-game items including:
Sword Plus (Subscription Rank) — available on a monthly or yearly basis, includes perks such as:

  • Increased party size (Duels)
  • Crate key rewards
  • Additional homes (SMP)
  • Increased render distance
  • Expanded auction limits
  • Exclusive in-game icon
  • Access to private events

Crate Keys (One-Time Purchases)

  • Advanced Key
  • Specialist Key
  • Equipment Key

All items are virtual, exist solely within SwordMC, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.

4. Delivery

Items are delivered automatically in-game after successful payment. Delays may occur due to server or payment issues. If your item is not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited on behalf of SwordMC. By purchasing, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks without contacting support first
  • That all payments are final, subject to the Refund Policy and your statutory rights under applicable law

6. Subscriptions (Sword Plus)

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Benefits may change over time as the server evolves
  • Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing but does not refund previous payments
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the cancellation link in your subscription confirmation email

7. Server Rules

All players must follow SwordMC server rules. Violations of SwordMC's rules may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent ban from SwordMC
  • Removal of purchased perks without compensation

For the avoidance of doubt, this applies to violations of SwordMC's own rules only, and does not extend to Mojang account bans or actions outside of SwordMC's control.

8. Modifications

SwordMC reserves the right to:

  • Change, remove, or rebalance perks
  • Modify pricing or product availability

Where changes materially affect an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

SwordMC is not liable for:

  • Server downtime or outages
  • Loss of in-game progress or items
  • Changes to gameplay affecting purchased perks

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Minecraft username and UUID
  • Email address (if provided)
  • Purchase and transaction data
  • IP address and browser information (collected automatically)

Payments are securely handled by Tebex Limited. We do not store your card or payment details.

We use your data to:

  • Deliver in-game purchases
  • Provide customer support
  • Maintain and improve SwordMC services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:

💸 Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made on SwordMC are non-refundable, except where required by law or as set out in this policy.
This includes:

  • Sword Plus subscriptions (monthly & yearly)
  • All crate keys (Advanced, Specialist, Equipment)

2. Digital Goods

All items are virtual and delivered instantly within the game. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been made and the item delivered.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a remedy (including a refund) if a product is:

  • Faulty or not of satisfactory quality
  • Not as described
  • Not delivered or inaccessible through no fault of your own

If any of the above applies, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent ban from SwordMC
  • Removal of all purchased items and perks

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before raising a dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly.

5. Data Retention

Payment and transaction data is stored by Tebex Limited for up to 10 years as required by law. We only keep your Minecraft username and UUID for as long as needed to fulfil your purchase.
